The fruity Xenofit gel contains a highly concentrated carbohydrate mix and, in addition, the precious ingredients of mate tea. Mate provides among others natural caffeine. For extreme workouts, you can take up to 10 sticks with plenty of fluids. It is recommended to consume 4 sticks per day.
The one-time dose of 25 g gel/stick has proven optimal for training and competition. Advantage: the practical package can be openend with one hand. The gel keeps its pleasant consistency during winter, too. Xenofit energy gel provides approx. 17 g carbohydrate per stick. Sodium and important vitamins have been added.
