When using the electronic Shimano DI2 FD-R8050 front derailleur from the Ultegra group in combination with compatible Di2 components, you will get a perfectly set-up electronic shifting system for intuitive and reliable gear changes. The down swinger with a clear design even reliably shifts the chain under high load and also fits a wider gear pitch.
The two modes of the Synchro-Shift technology ensure best shifting precision and performance at any time. Besides, the auto-trim feature will automatically centre the front derailleur precisely around the chain, avoiding chain rub as you move the chain across the cassette.
